- 朝飲むもの
- ベタマック(50mg錠)→１錠
- 20時に飲むもの
- パキシル(10mg)→１錠
- 夜寝る前に飲むもの
- ドラール(20mg錠)→半錠
- ラボナ(50mg)→１錠、40分しても眠れなければもう１錠
